Jean-Pierre Dubord
French painter born in Rouen in 1949, Jean-Pierre Dubord is one of the great painters from the school of Rouen.
Internationally renowned for his post-impressionist style, his favorite themes are the banks of the Seine, the Normandy coast and snow. Its color palette transcribes the atmospheres with incredible accuracy for all seasons, especially Rouen under the mist with blue-gray tones and its snows which have such a special light.
JP Dubord has exhibited in the biggest galleries around the world such as Wally Findlay Galleries, Enastu Gallery (Japan). He has won numerous first prizes at artist fairs.
Since 1999, JP Dubord has been listed in the Bénézit, dictionary of artists.
